Comprehensive school, IX. gimnazija

We are a General Secondary School, founded by UNESCO 1945th year.In our school there are 20 classes. Our professors are mentors, counselors,and authors of textbooks used in secondary schools. In our school are taught four languages: English, German, Italian and French.Our cabinets are well equipped, and we are especially proud of the language cabinet and two computer classroom equipped with the latest technology.Our library contains more than 5,000 school-reading, fiction, literature and vocabulary.You can participate in journalism, drama, chess, pottery, art, film, Glagolitic groups, debate club, the young environmentalists, choir, computer workshops, IX volunteer club. We are particularly proud of our school sports teams and dance group.We participate in the work of the European Youth Parliament and the Council of Europe, andachieve outstanding results in international competitions.
